「I was disappointed that the room did not have a phone. I had questions and had to go down to the front desk. We got in the room and temp was good. We go to bed and we wake up 2 hrs freezing, so bad that I had the shakes. The beds didn’t have a blanket or comforter. I turn the air off and was to tired after driving 7 hrs to get there and I wasn’t able to go to front desk and get a blanket and ask why there isn’t a spare blanket in the closet.I would have called for on if I had a phone.
