「The staff at the front desk were professional and helpful upon check-in & check-out. The AC in the room was cold & kept us cool throughout our stay. My only gripe was that the fitted sheet and blanket seemed like it was re-used because there was a bunch of hair strands on it when I flipped the covers. There’s a restaurant/tiki bar right next door & two pools on the property. Overall, its a decent place to stay at.」

Be aware that everything costs something so the price you see on Expedia is way below the cost of the stay. For the cost of the stay, the value for price paid is way below what I expected for this resort. Charging for parking for the property is excessive knowing that it is exclusive for this property. 「I never actually stayed at the property. Two days before my family trip, my young son had to have emergancy surgery. We had to postpone our trip. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need. 「We stayed at the Bonefish Motel and were genuinely impressed. We do not typically stay at motels, but this little gem exceeded our expectations and was better maintained than some four star hotels we have visited. The room was extremely clean, thoughtfully arranged, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent, and the split air conditioning system kept the room at the perfect temperature without any issues. 「I was very disappointed because the villa I received was not the one I had reserved. This was extremely frustrating. The villa assigned to me was a two-story unit with no bathroom on the ground floor. I was traveling with my elderly parents, who were unable to use the stairs, making the villa completely unsuitable for our needs. The listing and reservation details never indicated that the villa was a two-story unit. There were no photos or information showing that the accommodation had stairs,...

「The room was clean and there were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. It was a good location close to restaurants. The staff was a little slow to check us in and find my reservation. The biggest complaint I have is the bathroom lighted mirror did not work and it’s too dark there and in the rest of the room. We’ve stayed here before and the mirrored light also did not work in another room either.」
