Huge hotel, good staff, massive room. Very popular hotel with the locals so there are a lot of people at this hotel, including casino floor and shops. So a lot of crowds. But it's an excellent 5 star hotel in a great location.

Room was spacious and lovely. Staff was gracious, attentive and knowledgeable. There was no need to leave the hotel except to taste Macanese food. There’s even a free shuttle bus that takes you to the Chinese border so you can walk across.
