「We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service.
