「My room had an ocean view and was clean, well appointed, and aesthetically relaxing. The staff could not have been friendlier and more generous with their time and resources to make sure I had the exact experience I wanted. 「The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys.
My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong.
