Mejor servicio para los cuartos ya que nunca nadie vino en estos 5 días que nos quedamos para limpieza, no hay que que estar llamando y enviando mensajes para eso , porque con poner el aviso en la puerta de que pueden tocar y entrar es suficiente, se dice todo.... Por lo demás está bien...」

「It’s a nice hotel with a big room and overall clean. The pool was nice although the hot tub wasn’t clean when I wanted to use it. My room was pretty dark and the bathroom and the sheets could have used an upgrade. Also there were so many mosquitoes, maybe they can consider putting in mosquito repellent or refilling it. Also the fridge was set too low and it froze all my food.」

「It was a great place for family and they’re developing new facility within! I cannot wait for that expansion. Plus is only about 5 min drive to Crash boat beach (number 1 beach in Puerto Rico) 」

「We mainly enjoyed the easy beach access. The pool bar/swim up bar had decent food and beverages. The hotel staff was excellent! Very accommodating and helpful. There are many good restaurants in downtown Rincon. It was a great stay overall.」
