This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. There were roaches crawling on the floor and on the walls.. the room even smelled like roaches. There was no staff available at checkout office door was locked. Had to contact customer service and they didn't even help either.

The photos are extremely misleading. The exterior looks passable, but once you're inside the room, it's a completely different experience. It's obvious this hotel started renovations and then gave up halfway. Everything feels patched together in a rushed, careless way. The toilet and shower both have significant rust issues, which is unacceptable. The room was so humid that the floors were actually wet--everything felt damp, including bedding and now our clothes. The kitchenette is essentially useless. Yes, there's a fridge, microwave, and cooktop, but there are zero supplies. No pans. No utensils. No plates. Not even a fork or knife. Calling it a kitchenette is generous at best. We requested extra towels and had to ask two additional times before they were given. On day two, our door broke and we were locked out of our room--twice--until a manager could let us in while waiting for maintenance. That's not just inconvenient, it's a basic security issue. The overall vibe is grey, drab, and depressing. The bed was comfortable, which is the only positive thing I can say. An extra blanket would have been appreciated--it is Florida, but it's still winter. To top it off, when I asked a staff member where to put our trash (since there is no housekeeping service), he was rude and dismissive. This place feels neglected, poorly managed, and nowhere near the experience the photos suggest. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Better hotels in the area for same or less

The property was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly, but i asked for a extra blanket and the housekeeping didnt have any available right way because the machine was down. Overall the stay was good even though i didnt have an extra blanket for comfort.

Our room was comfortable. The heating and cooling unit worked great. The desk clerk when we arrived was gracious and cool under the pressure of a lot going on at once. She was kind and very helpful to us.

Never seen a motel so dirty and so broken down in my life. Dirty gross stuff everywhere. No clean up whatsoever. Some yellowish gross stuff in the bathroom, no one cleaned up before they let us checked in.

Terrible maintenance! Very dirty rooms, this place is disgusting, I don't recommend it. Common areas are dirty, and there's a smell of weed everywhere, inside and outside the rooms. It's a shame! Because they have a good front desk staff.

The first room was not clean. Floors were dirty, bathroom was used, toilet full. The second room we went to was slightly better. We left a day early because of the constant noise and fact that we felt dirtier after taking a shower.
