「I booked an air-conditioned room because I have a 3-month-old baby, but I was given a room without air conditioning. After I complained, they only provided a fan, which was not what I had booked. The hotel also advertised an English breakfast, but breakfast was not available until after 8:30 am, which was inconvenient. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay because the room did not match my booking, and the facilities and service did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel...
