We loved having the pool available to book for just us… definite bonus! The breakfast was good and plentiful. Oh, and the hotel is right near the beach and North Pier! Will definitely go back! "On arrival at hotel the entrance needs some attention as cigarettes inside the entrance not good impression. Also 1 of the lifts wasn't working. Check in went smoothly. The room was ok. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the air con wasn't working so room was quite hot. Had to close windows on 2nd night due to outside noise coming from the nightclub nearby. Basic room but was sufficient for 2 night stay. Lack of storage for clothes etc (no drawers) no hairdryer or iron and ironing board. Not enough sockets in room. Luckily I brought an extension for electric appliances. Although in the room it said if you needed to contact reception dial the said number but there was no telephone to do this? Would I stay here again? Probably not. Great location but this hotel needs some loving care."
