「Welcoming owners Helen and Andy provide a warm, comfortable and luxurious B&B in the heart of lovely Eccleshall. Helen's artsy skill are shared in abundance, with every little detail attended to. Our room overlooked the beautiful garden at the back of the property, adjacent to private car parking, and a gentle stroll down to the town. We plan to stay again, truly a delightful experience.」

「This hotel bears no resemblance to the images. The restaurant is closed and the bar poorly stocked I was recommended to go out. The only food offering was Mini Cheddars. The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. 「We had a great stay at this historic hotel. Check in/check out was smooth. Great breakfast selection with hearty portion. Room is clean and bed is just the right firmness that you can wake up rejuvenated without backache. We also like how they stock plenty of welcome drinks and snacks in room to give us coziness to wind down in the cool weather.」

The food was another highlight, with excellent quality at both dinner and breakfast. The team also showed great flexibility in accommodating special requests, which was very much appreciated.
