「Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. 「We had a great stay at this historic hotel. Check in/check out was smooth. Great breakfast selection with hearty portion. Room is clean and bed is just the right firmness that you can wake up rejuvenated without backache. We also like how they stock plenty of welcome drinks and snacks in room to give us coziness to wind down in the cool weather.」

「A very pleasant stay - stayed for a couple of nights whilst working in the area. All staff were very pleasant. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet area with lots of scenic countryside around to see. Just be aware that the rooms are on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs for access, but that is to be expected with a listed building.」

「Real easy freindly check in. Rooms are clean and adequately appointed. It was a spacious double room, with generous size bathroom with bath tub. Its nice to have iron, ironing board, trouser press, hairdryer and fan. Unfortunately the pillows are a bit inadequate. Provided with 3 very flat, very warn pillows for a double room for two people. We put up with this as it'd been a long day and couldn't be bothered to go to reception. Im sure they would have sorted thisbout if we'd asked. Also the...
