「Welcoming owners Helen and Andy provide a warm, comfortable and luxurious B&B in the heart of lovely Eccleshall. Helen's artsy skill are shared in abundance, with every little detail attended to. Our room overlooked the beautiful garden at the back of the property, adjacent to private car parking, and a gentle stroll down to the town. We plan to stay again, truly a delightful experience.」

「This hotel bears no resemblance to the images. The restaurant is closed and the bar poorly stocked I was recommended to go out. The only food offering was Mini Cheddars. The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. Parking was complimentary but there were no signs to indicate this so I parted with £12 before finding out. Yes, this hotel is cheap, but unless you are desperate, I would...

「I was shocked to find a dirty pair of pants left on on shelf of the bedside table. The room felt was fine to sleep a night but certainly over priced 」

「Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, quiet grounds and the kids loved the pool. Rooms and hotel were spotlessly clean and plenty of room outside for the kids to run around safely, nice little garden too but tucked away at the back.」

「No food available on site,no cameras switched on for car park safety,crack in bathroom sink with units tired . All furniture tired and old. Tv we’re old and small.coat hangers missing and damaged. Very noisy residents made it hard to sleep 」

「I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process」
