"the hottub was cemented in! the pictures showed indoor swimming and hottub relaxation - errr NO it was DIRTY. BUGS ALL IN THE POOL ANDDDDD IT WAS FREEZING COLD - not temperature controlled pool temperature and no hottub. i was beyond pissed as this was the only reason i booked this room. "

"There were lots of ladybugs, both dead and alive, on the floors and walls of the room as well as in the shower. The AC unit was too large for the room making it act as a dehumidifier instead of colling the room. The bed was definitely not Queen sized as advertised. Chose the hotel because it was one of Choice Hotel's Ascend hotels. We had higher expectations."

"The front desk personnel were asleep on the desk when I arrived at midnight to check in. The cleaning lady knocked on the door at 8 AM wanting to know if the room needed cleaning and the breakfast in the lobby was the saddest version of a hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen."
