The manager was very reliable and helped us a lot in our family emergency. Very kind. The rooms were very clean and smelled great. Very cute and clean outside as well. Quiet area.

Great Family Owned Motel!

This is an older motor lodge that's been updated. Reba, the front desk clerk, was very helpful and attentive. Room was clean. Pillows, linens, and bath towels need updating. Walking distance to downtown Coldspring and right across the street from Coldspring High School. I would stay here again.

We only stayed there as a necessity because of its location. I would not recommend. We had a non-smoking room that had cigarette burns in all the furniture and the bedding.
