"The room is very clean. We loved that they provided coffee, tea and water in the bedroom. The hotel is fully renovated, the bathroom is nice our only concern is that the shower door doesn't close properly and the shower is right on the middle in front of the doors. "

"The AC was not working or they have it set up to only at 24 degrees it was hot most of the time I which they will fix that so í could give them a 5 start. "

"Hotel very well situated on the Puerta del Sol. Near to visitor attractions. Short walks to various means of transport. Very clean & comfortable, reception staff very welcoming & accommodating, a great help booking an excursion to Segovia....certainly well worth a visit to see the Roman Aqueduct. Bedroom very clean& beds wonderfully comfortable, linen changed frequently. Maid service daily. Restaurant menu had reasonable variety . Breakfast buffet good, warm food section a little limited, but cereals, yogurts, fruits & breakfast breads very nice. Overall, a great place to stay for a few days in Madrid."

"Central location, clean rooms, and comfortable beds! The window treatments were great and kept the room really dark for sleeping. Easy to get to public transit and very walkable to many things!"

"The hotel was fine, but wouldn’t go back there. We stayed on the second floor which was very noisy every night, you could hear everyone walking around the floor and talking. In addition, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows were very soft and didn’t support you very well. The room was not cleaned on the first night of our stay and we had to ask for more towels etc. Finally, we tried the breakfast on the last day and it was atrocious - 25 euro pp for a lukewarm breakfast with very little choice. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The breakfast was amazing with traditional Spanish breakfast and lots of variety to choose from. Fresh squeezed juices and delicious coffee. Totally worth 13 EUR. Doorman very helpful, front desk, bartenders (rooftop bar open until midnite) all awesome staffing and very helpful. Location awesome in grand via -very walkable, safe neighborhood. "
