「Great location and hotel staff was excellent. The bakery that serves breakfast were not that accommodating. The first breakfast we experienced lukewarm coffee and received attitude from the young girl working there when asked for hot coffee. We were charged extra for hot fresh coffee. 「We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend...

「Loved this hotel so much that I stayed an extra night towards the end of my trip returning to BA from El Calafate! Such a cozy hotel with superb rooms with great amenities. Stayed in the loft during my first stay for 2 nights, you really felt like you are living in your own BA apartment.
