"Super close to the center. Great Breakfast. Clean room and very friendly staff. However, it would be most likely cheaper to buy breakfast the day off then prepay while booking. I got vouchers because I paid for breakfast in advance but could see what my bill would have been and I paid more when booking the room. "

"Staff was great. Lobby area was great. As far as my room there could have been some improvements. Looking at it briefly it’s looked nice however after actually staying in it there were def some issues. The shower door didn’t close all the way. There was lots of stains throughout the room on the rug, curtains, and the wall as if something splattered in numerous spots. "

"The one staff member (front desk) was kind and very nice. Otherwise they don't really interact with you or greet you when you come in. The gym is pretty small. Couple treadmills though. Overall it gave there's events in town so we up'd our rates. I say this because I've stayed at hotels closer to downtown and it was more equipped/ cheaper. The room: well it was pretty. We found an eyelash on the 'clean' towels under the vanity. There was hair on the bed that wasn't ours. We cleaned and made it work, but for 2x the money from our last stay in STL (different hotel, while they hid parking fees for their garage, they were 10x nicer). The hotel this time was a bit unsatisfactory. Would I stay at this specific hotel again? Probably not. But it works if you just need a quick stay ig. "

"Pulled out the sofa bed and stains all over. Third person (that I paid for was not able to sleep on the mattress). Took pictures showed to front desk and they took the pictures from my phone and said “ok” . Absolutely disgusting. "
