"Very good location"

"On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. "

Excellent location that makes it easy to access Como and Como lake areas. The location was central, and easily reachable on foot or public transport. "Small apartment but very clean"

"Stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and was very happy with the unit & the hospitality of our host! A day before our arrival, I messaged asking if there would be any laundry detergent and when we picked up our key we found out that they had gone out of their way to pick us up some. The unit itself was clean, nice, and near the water/many restaurants/shops and attractions in Como. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Pros: apartment is Conveniently located; washer was a huge bonus for us: after 9 days of traveling, I was excited to clean clothes lol; host was cooperative, place was relatively clean, heater( radiators) worked well Cons: Shower was molded with black mold or something, bed was not comfortable at all, my back still hurts; apartment smelled badly( maybe someone smoked ) In general it was okay experience. "
