"Well when I arrived it was a nice atmosphere and the front desk was friendly. I had booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room we unpacked the beds were clean and the room seems to be in order even though it was alittle bit outdated. Turn down service didn't really happen. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels our second day. The beds left alot to be desired. The tvs were old. The bathroom needs a fan so that there is airflow because they had mold problems. The pillows were surprisingly comfy. The beds were the wrong size. They gave us a room with two full beds not two queens. "

"3 . If you need to be there early min away from Rush Hospital. Parking is close & free. Just not easiest for handicapped as stairs at 2 entrances we use. Unless I missed one."

"I always enjoy my stay at the SpringHill suites. The only thing I would suggest is for people with small children they should have bassinet beds instead of the big play pens beds other then that I enjoyed my stay "

"Really neat eclectic B&B in midtown Chicago. Very friendly and accessible staff, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast is usual fare but preparation and ingredients are excellent. I do wish they had breakfast potatoes as an option on their menu though. Bed is very comfy but room and BR are a little cramped. "
