"One of our rooms was not clean when we checked in they only cleaned one of the beds and just assumed that the other bed was not used but there was a lot of dog hair on the bed that was white and mixed with the sheets.. the ac unit vents need to be cleaned and also the lobby elevator banks have cracked ..."
