「Everything was excellent」

「Clean and Quiet. Bed is good. Looks better than outside. A good choice. Need deposit, but return the deposit should be at 11:00am . Wait until 11:00Am, waste my time. 」

「I had a great stay at this hotel! The room comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. Overall, a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!」

「Found a condom wrapper and use condom in the first room」

「Property was in terrible shape. No amenities, no clock, no phone, no clothes hangers, no soap, Dogs making all kinds of noise. Kids making noise. Property needs to be condemned. Totally miserable stay!!」

「the service of front desk is very bad. bad attitude. room was ok.」

「I reserved a Riverview room and it was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant associated with the hotel was EXCEPTIONAL. I didn't go to the bar but it seemed really nice. My only hiccup was at checkout. I booked through a 3rd party so a hold was placed on my card at check in. When I checked out the actual charge was applied which resulted in me being billed twice. It fell off after 3 days.」

「Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus!」

「All was good」

「the quietist place we have stayed at in a very long time. air condition fine, bathroom very clean, to me the hotel just need a little updating. Other then that it was just fine」

「It was convenient & close to everything」

「The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.」
