The staff were polite. However the actual rooms have not had a remodel since the 1990's or earlier. The fixtures in the tub were pulled from the mounts, the wi-fi is substandard, and the floor was not carpet but something else that was sticky and retained dirt. Neglected property, guest room was dirty and dusty, holes in walls need professional repair, paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, noisy AC unit, wide gap around door and door frame, furniture in lobby and dining are was dirty and the seat material was peeling off and ripped.
