Staff asked if we would like the room cleaned and refreshed in between nights. We said yes. It was not done. When we mentioned this at check out nothing was offered other than a “sorry”. Friendly staff. Hotel under construction so that was an inconvenience. Pool not maintained well. The breakfast was not a great experience. Nothing hot except pancakes. No hot eggs, meat, potatoes either. That was disappointing.

Elevator not working upon arrival. Ice machine on our floor out of order. Our bathroom door literally could not be closed. Breakfast was limited.
