Staff asked if we would like the room cleaned and refreshed in between nights. We said yes. It was not done. When we mentioned this at check out nothing was offered other than a “sorry”. Sonesta Essential Columbus
Our room was clean but the bathroom need some attention. Stopped up drains, mold around drains. Towels are dingy and some stains on linens. Ceiling tiles had water stains. And not a very professional paint job!
