「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?".
The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise.
The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay.
I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request...

「Best customer service best rooms everything is clean I will say there just missing a microwave and should have an option for early check in drove 17 hours almost 18 really tired got there at 8 am couldn’t check in till around 3 other than that everything was good 」

「Let me start off by saying our stay was amazing. Room was clean, breakfast was definitely 5 stars! You can tell that the rooms had been patched a few places, and abused a bit, but the bed was comfy, heat and ac worked very well, and the kitchen was perfect!」
