"Was great but we couldn't get the temperature control to blow right. Was very hot in the room. 78 degrees and couldn't get it to cool. Stayed in early March so was able to open the window to cool the room by morning."

"They are in the process of remodeling/upgrading. The room was fantastic...bathroom looked brand new. The common areas like the lobby and elevator still need updating but they appear to be working on it."

"The facility smells terrible of chlorine, the lighting is so bad the place is dark and dungeony. The room was so depressing. Sticky floors, stale humid room, bed squeaked, poor insulation between rooms - I could hear everything and the room next to me was screaming at video games. Staff was nowhere to be found when I wanted help so i just left several days early and they wouldnt even refund or credit the days I didnt stay"

"Customer service was great. Breakfast was good—my daughter’s favorite is the waffles! Our room was okay; the toilet ring was broken, but I just put it back in place and didn’t report it. I’m a returning customer, and I continue to choose this hotel because the price is good and the rooms are decent."
