「The cleaning and dining staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the check in/front desk staff was extremely helpful and others were completely clueless. Luck of the draw. Overall the staff kept the place clean however the hotel itself has seen better days. The lobby intermittently smelled as if they had a sewage backup and our room has a very musty/moldy smell to it.」

「The property was different. Location was right on the beach but our king room had no beach view. The manager couple was very sweet and helpful. The room was very clean but very small and older style so small sink was in the room with toilet and shower in its own space. . Our only real complaint was there was no place to hang up anything. There was a fridge in the closet but no microwave, the room was dark as there is only one lamp on the nite table. The room is sadly lacking ac outlets and no lamp near the table. We have never seen a coffee pot like the one there, when you pour the coffee it leaks out over everything, also there was only one pack of coffee, we had to go ask for more. 「Bugs every where, pile of bugs in bathroom, bed and outside. Staff doesn’t want to clean them up or change the room. We checked out 1 day prior to original booking because we can’t even sleep.」

「Beautiful view of the lake and bridge」

「The cabins are beautiful and in a quiet area. The staff helped me when I injured myself on my first day. The air conditioning was refreshingly quiet. The only downside is that you have to ask for cleaning (in general and wastebasket dumping), fresh towels, and change of sheets. If you want to use the pool, forget about it. It is in dire need of cleaning. That being said, it was a good experience with a few hiccups.」
