"HOtel was great, room great, staff great, bed and bedding outstanding. Only annoying bit was the unaccountable WhatsApp messages from head office asking me to do this and do that, none of which the front desk staff knew anything about so all had to be duplicated "

"I was a solo traveler so room size was perfect for me. Room was clean. Housekeeping made sure I got everything I need since I opted out on room cleaning the 2nd day. The hotel is centrally located which was a plus. Staff were nice and friendly. The only downside: there’s no privacy windows. You can actually see other guests through their windows. I had my blinds down all the time."

"Very comfortable stay. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was amazing, lots of choice and the team in the Crystal Club were as helpful as ever. I have stayed a few times and it’s a great location for business and or a holiday. Rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the pillows are extremely hard but you can call reception and order a softer pillow, that is delivered promptly. Gym is quite small, but the pool is huge. Overall, 10/10 :) "
