「The room was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Everything met our expectations, and the experience was comfortable and pleasant. For a future visit, I would prefer a room with a window offering a city view so I can better enjoy the New York experience. The staff was awesome. 」

「Although the window blind is a bit broken, the room is quiet and comfortable enough. The shower is small but okay. It is also close to the subway station. It would be great if there are some more hangers/racks where customers can hang their clothes, towers, etc.」
