The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, except for a top shelf in the closet. It was dusty, but you had to be tall as I am to see the dust. Also I had to turn of the heat at night as the system is very noisy; a real deterrent to sleep. Ice maker on my floor was empty for two days or out of order. I will still return to the Renaissance again. Great Location

My wife and I enjoyed everything about the renaissance hotel. The ambiance hits as soon as you enter, The restaurant was good, the service was good and professional. It was jazz night upon are arrival. The vocalist and band was very good. We'd definitely like to return and recommend this spot to ANYONE ready to visit.

The hotel is gorgeous, we had a spectacular view of Central Park and the NYC skyline. The food at the Victoria Restaurant was fantastic - we had several meals including brunch, lunch, and dinner and the atmosphere was also excellent! Will definitely return!
