「Needs improvement 」

「RIU Ocho Rios was great! The staff were very friendly, always! The entertainment was fun and there was always something to do. My children loved it and I felt very safe. Variety of food (American and Jamaican) I’ll be back! I would suggest going during the week as it seemed it get busier during the weekend. 」

「This was our second time at couples tower isle with the first time being 10 years ago for our wedding. We had a great experience back then and I am happy to say we did once again. The included excursions are a good value to take advantage of and the food was spectacular in the majority of scenarios. My only thing I’d like to see improved is consistency/ training of bartenders. 「Second time at couples sans souci, always the best time there!! The staff is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoy conversation with them. The Java bar is the best and Aaliyah made some of the best coffee I’ve ever had (and I’m a diehard Starbucks addict) Aaron the photographer was funny and sociable and enjoyed all our interactions with him. I want to say a special thank you to Melissa the GM, her attentiveness and customer care was exceptional. Massive shout out to chef Juan, chef Kevin and Chef Derrick - we requested authentic Jamaican cuisine and these guys delivered to such a high standard and made our stay so special. 「It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. 」

「Property and villa (Cottonwood Treehouse) was adorable. Nature trail on property was nice but some garbage thrown on it that took away from the ambiance. Staff was super polite, attentive & professional. Food was average, was hoping for a bit better. Pools were nice.」
