「The hotel was too far from Montego Bay, a vehicle suppose to pick you up from the airport and it wasn’t one, A vehicle supposed to take you to the airport from the hotel and it wasn’t one. So please be careful booking this hotel.」

「Still very new so there wasn’t a lot of stuff and we were the only people on the property so the service wasn’t the best in terms of quality. The property was clean but maybe a little unkept because of the lack of traction/traffic. Felt safe 」

Condo has all basic cooking utensils, nice beach towels, washer dryer in good working condition, AC units all working properly and cooling as designed. The owner is availed by phone and lives close for any problems. 」

「Kids enjoyed the pool but could have been cleaner and have some seating around the pool. Small local shops around for food items. House had everything needed for the stay and very fast response from property manager when had any questions 」

「Pull up to the front desk it wasn’t bad but that area could use a little work. The gentleman at the front desk was pretty professional. The property could use a some renovation also. Pool area was clean. Proceed to the room area I must say it was clean smell good and all I could need for a weekend getaway was there. My only problem I had is that I ask for a dueen bed and I think what I get was two double. But I’m not one for complaining so it was all good. I will definitely be going back...

As we first arrived, check-in was quite simple and staff was very friendly and swift to help us learn. Every day&night the resort had great food options either up top at the Silver Sands restaurant, or at the bar near the pool; the Castle Blu, with good drinks and great staff at both locations!
