The room was generally in good condition, though there was a slight musty smell upon entering. Overall, it was fine, but a bit overpriced for the quality. One downside was that booking through Expedia meant we didn’t qualify for the complimentary breakfast, which felt unfair. That said, it provided what we needed — a roof over our heads — and served its purpose. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless necessary. I’d give it three stars, mainly because the ocean view was beautiful.

The room and bathroom was really clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the view was excellent and the area quiet and peaceful. I did not really like the little corner from the dinning area to the room but its a simple matter for a decorator to add some aesthetics To make this property very excellent breakfast should be added to the package.

The staff member was terrible and rude. The office was close at 7:00pm with no one to call for anything. You were on your own. The continental breafast was free in the morning the only thing the staff eat first, and if anything is left over you will feed you. You couldn't paid me to stay at this hotel again. The ceiling was leaking sewer and broke out. There were no water in the room consistenly for 4 days. and a lot more.

The view from the room was spectacular and deeply needed after long days of work. Also, the early/late access to the lovely pool made long work days easier to recover from. I really appreciated especially that part because swimming is a crucial part of my daily routine for physical and mental health reasons. So thank you Casa Maria! I will come again - and will definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues!

There were 2 nights with loud music coming from another property I assumed it was young people enjoying themselves. Other than that I loved my room, the view, and the customer service. I definitely recommend it and I be back.

No Wi-Fi service in the room. The television don’t work. No radio. No clock. No phone in the room or hall ways to reach the front desk. Staff running cable wire 7pm in my room while I’m eating dinner. Staff never know what kind of food in the kitchen. I wouldn’t stay there again.
