「Room was very clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had to check out early, so missed checking out their breakfast. We would stay again if in the area. Opportunities for improvement: Hubby had to tighten toilet seat, as it was so loose, it swung to the side a bit when the lid was lifted. For some odd reason, the red light on the phone was flashing when we checked in. Template missing on phone as to how to navigate options on the phone. Dialed ‘0’ and got friendly staff who...

「The representative Regina G. at this location made my experience wonderful. I spoke to her at the airport and was quickly accommodated with the shuttle. The check in was a breeze and hotels cleanliness was unbelievable. The representative and the drivers were excellent. I would definitely stay at The Four Points By Sheraton again. . 」

「They are working on updating but it is for sure a work in progress. The rooms are fine but need some deep cleaning, painting and upgraded accessories. I do recall in the past when staying that many flight crews stayed here but it feels as though it’s lost its luster and needs some TLC. 」
