There wasn't breakfast..did I miss something? I got an oceanfront room that was very nice. The only thing I didn't like is the noise from outside due to a huge sitting area in front of the 2 rooms and people hung out there late at nite. I did turn youtube on to rainstorm and it blocked out the noise. I got instructions on what to do after leaving around 830AM and I replied I was already gone. Those instructions should've been given on checkin. They were make sure the shade is up and a/c off etc. I replied back to to text but don't think they got it. Sorry we were gone and no one was there to take key so it went back in lockbox, that was the only instructions for leaving. I would stay there again as I love the ocean access and not in a busy hustle area. Right near Patrick Space Base and the awesome beaches down there!

We stopped here last minute before our drive home. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. When I booked somehow I did not check wheelchair accessible for my mom. When I got there the attendant was kind and understanding and helped switch me to another room. Inside was extremely clean and neat that I didn't feel like I needed to clean to sit down. Newly upgraded. Quiet (minus my children) there were other children there and we couldn't hear anyone. Loved the outdoor set up and easy access to the beach. Saving this to make a longer stay next time. Highly recommend this location.

Very nice place and clean. Only thing I would say is ceiling fans need to be dusted. Had my family there and my 5&8 year olds loved it.

My husband enjoyed that it was so private and away from the hubub of the hotels and restraurants settled in the residential area. I enjoyed that it had a direct path to the beach for evening and early morning private walks with only few residents who live nearby.

Staff member we spoke to was nice, the room is nice, the location is awesome! Can walk right onto the beach easily! The contactless check in is nice, only negative is the door lock can be tricky. The door wouldn’t stay shut without locking which we didn’t expect. Staff was helpful to figure it out though. We were happy to be able to borrow clean beach towels- real perk, as we had an unexpected stop at the beach!

The room was stinky, kind of dirty and, the bathroom window was broken. Also, the sheets were dirty. But this place does have so much potential. I’m leaving a public review hoping the cleanliness is taken very seriously. But this price was great, basically on the water, awesome location. For the price we paid, it was incredible. But that is never a reason to accept it being unclean. I would stay here again though, just bringing my own sheets next time. Safe location and happy with my stay all things considered.

Room was clean. It is a no frills place that is very reasonably priced. The only hiccup was when we plugged in the room air/heat system and then used the microwave it blew the plug. Also, when we checked in the previous guest had turned fridge off so there was water everywhere in the room. The hotel owner was quick to fix the issues. Best part is the short walk to the beach....maybe 30 ft and it wasn't crowded.
