「Went down a the advertised hot breakfast and the lady serving had a bad attitude problem. Asked for sunny side up eggs and she gives me a dirty look. Get someone friendly behind the counter when dealing with guests don’t need your bad attitude first thing in the morning!!!」

「We stayed one night prior to our week on the island. Location is great for the night before crossing the bridge onto HHI. Room was comfortable and clean, check in was smooth and quick. Amenities were lacking a complimentary breakfast. If that is important to you, then look elsewhere. There is complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby in the morning. Breakfast is available for a charge of 17$ adult, 10$ for a child. I opted to go down the road to McDonalds,just a short drive....

「I feel like I was catfished. When we first got there, the first disappointment was the parking. I have never seen such tight parking spots before. We arrived later in the day, and I had to climb over to the passengers seat to squeeze out of that door. The pictures gave me a different expectation than what we found.
