「Everything is at the average level except the showering. We got problem of the hot water, which was unstable and the staff could not help. Which was at the midnight 12. Room is a bit old but clean . Breakfast is just common and nothing special. 」

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「Charming hotel in an excellent location, a few minutes away from the main square. Even though San Blas is a very lively part of Cusco, the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The room wasn’t luxurious but was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. Breakfasts were good and the views over Cusco from the restaurant were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go back! 」

「Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. 」

「The room was ok but had no sink per the description when booking. Note that there is no water in the evenings after around 10 pm until 4 am. Room was clean and bathrooms were less clean. Showers had hot water and the beds had warm blankets which is needed in winter time. The hotel is located very close to the bar street which is pretty loud in the evenings. 」

「We had a smooth checkin and checkout experience. The hotel and the room was very clean. At the time of checking in, we mentioned we had a flight to catch early in the morning and we won’t be having breakfast from the hotel due to that. They were very thoughtful and gave us a breakfast to go when we checkout out early in the morning. 」
