「The hotel was very good. Clean, everything in good condition. Linens, bath and bed sufficient and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke English. Breakfast was eggs to order and plenty of other things that support. Couple of things should be noted. First: the hotel is a bit difficult to get to and taxis may not take you all the way to the hotel. If the taxi will not go all the way I suggest to go to the Plaza San Blas and then you walk from there. It’s not a long walk....

「The hotel is very good value. It is a short walk to everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, toast, avocado and fruit. There was also some cereal and yogurt available.」

「We arrived to find our room was not cleaned and had urine on the washroom. The staff apoligized but we had to explicitly request a new room. Even in the room the quality was bad. There was no trashcan, old furniture, marks and holes in the walls, the duvet was stained and the floor was dirty. The washroom had mold on the ceiling and had exposed pipes. Atmost a 1 star hotel, we ended up leaving and not staying a night since it was too unclean and uncomfortable.」

「The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is...

「It was clean and the staff were friendly, breakfast options are standard and a bit of variety would have been nice, maybe some fruit as well as the eggs. Easy access by taxi as not all places are easy to find or access by car. 」
