「Hands down, one of the best stays I have ever had in a hotel or lodge. The rooms were kept and spacious the staff were amazing, the went above and beyond to keep us happy, they organized a lot of things for us so we dont have too or worry about it. Also the view up here is amazing, you get to see Cusco from a great angle, and also breakfast is good here. We had a great stay at the Apu Lodge and we look forward to the next time we get to come here again, the team here is amazing. Thank you...

「丁寧で親切な対応で快適に過ごすことができた。朝食の時間に遅れたが、きちんと対応してくれた。 24時間受付がいて、朝4:00開始のツアーでも対応してくれた。ただ、旧市街の中心地から距離があり、毎回歩くとさすがに疲れるのでタクシーが必要。近所に売店や食事するところがあり、ちょっと歩くがショッピングモールがあり便利」

「the lady at the front desk, Noamie (spelling?), was very helpful. She actually saved our trip to Pachupicchu! She arranged taxi to (2:30am!) and from (10pm) a bus station we had no idea. We had no idea where we were going! At end the taxi took us to the station nobody told us at the time of bokking! the staff was kind! 」

「對於酒店員工十分不滿首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐，職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。其後本人回到房間，不但沒有完成本人要求，更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

「The staffs were very friendly and the facility is quite new and clean. The location is very good, not far away from the main square and restaurant and market just nearby. 」

「Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!」

「The staff are so wonderful! The place is clean and fairly quiet. It does not have modern amenities as expected and toiketries lrovided is bare minimum: handsoap and body wash- that’s it. But still get more than what you are paying. I love the place and the staff so will likely use them again」
