"The hotel is in the perfect location, my spouce and I walked literally everywhere we went. The room was beautiful, and clean. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had! Breakfast has many many options all of which were fresh. We have no complaints about staying at the Hyatt! "

"The website listed a shuttle as an amenity, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. My husband is recovering from surgery, so I thought that would be helpful. But there was no shuttle. The parking lot is tiny, and the spaces are extremely narrow. We had to round the lot and settle on a spot to back into so that the backup cameras helped. Couldn’t get out, had to try again but closer to the vehicle on our passenger side leaving no room for their driver to get in. I hope we left before them and that they were inconvenienced by us. There was no bathroom “door”. It was a sliding door with no lock. All that money we paid and we couldn’t lock a freaking bathroom door! The breakfast was okay, nothing to complain about or brag about. Very disappointed in how much it cost and NO SHUTTLE!"

"We stayed here to attend a baseball game. The location is unbeatable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. The room was cute with a comfortable bed and nice shampoo/conditioner."

"Room wasn’t ready until 9pm after a stated 4pm check in. Staff at the front was giving rooms out left and right but when it came to me they had no answers and just told me to “try back later.” Not helpful at all. Will not be returning"

"For advertising a 12M renovation, they skipped some things that needed done. Rooms were renovated but the bathrooms left mostly untouched. I get it if the outdoor pool isn’t open but if you advertise an indoor pool, it should be open and clean all year long. Also, lots of little things broken (tiles in elevator, moldings in hallways, etc). Definitely not worth what we paid to stay here."
