「We loved that the hotel was close enough to walk to town but without the crowds of being directly on 5th ave. It's a very pretty hotel with nice touches, e.g. beach chairs, towels and courtesy shuttle to beach as well as in room water each day, decent breakfast and peaceful. Microwave and refrigerator in room. However, no gym. You can get a day pass to a wellness center about a 20 min walk away but it's less convenient. Also, the front desk was woefully understaffed upon check-in and no bell...

「The room was nice and we loved that every room has a balcony. Lots of noise from the hall into our room. The slide at the pool is out of order which was a bummer for my kids. The pool is a big reason we stayed there. The pool was also closed on our first night due to maintenance and only the adult pool and hottub were open. On the second night we found our well behaved 11 year old could come into the hot tub and adult pool in the evening when it wasn’t busy. At least no one told her she...
