I can’t express enough how wonderful this hotel and its staff are! The room was very clean, the hot breakfast was delicious, and the service at the front desk was amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The manager was also incredibly kind and upgraded us to a larger room at no additional charge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The hotels location is in a well maintained area with restaurant's close by. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment but we didn't notice any increased noise due to it. The checkin process was easy due to the helpful staff. The suite had all the amenities you could need with a separate bedroom and a good seating area in front of a tv. The kitchen had a hob,microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. Pool area is well maintained and very relaxing. All the outside areas are well kept and maintained. Breakfast is served in the lobby with a selection of hot and cold buffet which is tasty and enough to start the day. The best thing about this hotel is the staff every one we met approachable in particular Terria,Crystal and Sarah had all the information to hand about the area and were just really friendly and helpful. I believe they have a mermaid working behind reception.We couldn't believe the hotel loaned you beach chairs and umbrellas. The hotel will soon have a bar which we will make use of on our next visit.

Outdoor pool was wonderful! Having a suite room with a full kitchen was very helpful in staying for the entire week. Staff were great. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. All in all I would recommend this property, especially if staying in a suite for longer stays with families or for business.

Our room was dated and showing its age... couch lacked support; some drawers and closet door were offtrack (however, it is our understanding that rooms are in process of being refurbished).
