Clean and spacious with Comfortable beds. It’s an old motel and it shows. Front desk attendant was efficient and friendly. Was not able to connect to stream on the TV; only local channels available. Room rate included hot breakfast but unfortunately we were not able to enjoy.

Hotel en estado de abandono total. Las habitaciones son de la década del 80 con la mugre acumulada en sus alfombras desde ese entonces, el olor a rancio en las habitaciones es insoportable. Just got back from a stay this hotel. Staff were super nice. Room good, a few bugs though. If you want more than basic channels on the tv, take your own Roku. DVDs available to borrow. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Bed was very comfy. Good location.

My experience on February 11 was extremely concerning and highlights a serious deficiency in the hotel’s internal protocols. Upon arrival, the staff was courteous and even assisted me with my luggage, which I appreciated. However, at 5:17 PM, two men accessed my room after it had been erroneously assigned to them, constituting a direct violation of my safety, privacy, and integrity as a guest.Beyond the operational error—which was already serious—the conduct of the receptionist who handled my report was unacceptable and fell below basic service standards. In an irritated tone, she said: “just give me your name and surname, I just started my shift and I don’t know anything”, without offering an apology or activating any containment protocols. Her behavior demonstrated negligence in crisis management, customer service, and adherence to basic security procedures. An establishment providing lodging services has the inalienable duty to ensure safe conditions and respectful treatment of guests. In this case, not only was there a severe operational failure, but the subsequent handling of the incident also demonstrated professional negligence. Safety and respect for guests are fundamental obligations of the hotel’s service. Failure to uphold these responsibilities constitutes a serious breach that cannot be overlooked.

The staff were great, the breakfast was a great amenity along with having access to two pools and hot tubs . My only problem is in the room while my husband and I were staying there I personally killed a half dozen cockroaches and when my husband reported this to staff upon checkout the reception person literally said to him “ oh sorry about that. What room number was that?” Which to be honest I feel like was extremely unprofessional.

I enjoyed the quietness of the room as well as the location in Naples. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. I actually killed 4-5 bugs in the bathroom on the first night and then 1-2 each night after that. They behaved like cockroaches, but were much smaller. There were also several long hairs in the bathroom that did not belong to me (yuck!). With the above in mind, I will still likely stay at this location again because of the quietness of the room.

The hotel is outdated. They didn't have the room we reserved so they put us in an apartment. The carpet had stains and a roach ran across the counter at one point. That's when we checked out.

Staff was nice!! But pool was not heated like it said on your website. Both hot tubs were broken down. Ice machine was broke!! Room didn't have a microwave like it said it did. And when we asked staff about the heated pool they were like we don't know why it says that. We would of stayed at another place had we knew that!! Room was clean. One pool said no music and no noise. It is like they don't want people to have fun. Would definitely recommend staying somewhere else.

We booked a suite with expectations of warmth and comfort. The room was horrible, holes in the carpet by the bed. Torn carpet, cracked bathroom tile. We had one bath towel and had to go hunt down hand towels to dry our hands. The toilet didn't flush ynless you held the handle fir a while. On the 3rd day we were there we returned to our room smelling like weed. Upin opening the patio door we saw a man tweaking out smoking in the room next door, in a smoke free hotel? I asked to be moved and they did move us. Alsi the hottubs did not work the whole time we were there. That was one of the reasons we were looking forward to the hotel.
