"Door to enter building at the back is meant to be locked and only accessible with a room key, however we discovered it’s unlocked 24/7 and the door can just be pushed open without any key. Felt very unsafe once discovering this. Forgot sandals in room, know for a fact I forgot them in the room, but they claim they were not found. This means they’re stolen by housekeeping. Shower had what appeared to be black mold in the corner. Certainly wasn’t clean. Random glass cups left outside our room door from time of check in and remained there until after we checked out."

It is a beautiful oasis! The rooms are amazing! The rooms really offer all the convenience of home, with a cozy feel. I highly recommend The Westin Desert Willow Villas in Palm Desert!"
