「I have stayed twice at the Talardy when my dad has been in hospital. The staff are amazing, very caring and quick to help. The first time I stayed in the main building, this time in the annex. Both are very good, and I appreciated the air con as I arrived in a heat wave. The rooms are very clean and roomy. The breakfasts are cooked fresh and very filling. After spending the day with dad I would come back and have an evening meal, again cooked fresh, plenty of choice and excellent service. I felt...

「服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。」

「Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice decor & beautiful views. The location was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the dining terrace overlooking the Welsh Hills. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was big as was the bathroom with a bath. It had a big, comfortable bed. The only negative was the TV. It was very small for the room and had a very basic freeview, with most channels having no signal. A bigger TV with Netflix, so we could watch a film or something would make...
