「We went to the port on a Tuesday afternoon and it was easy to find the staff. They also communicate by WhatsApp. The boat rides went fine. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. If you want a second cup of coffee during the breakfast, you'll have to flag the staff down. The hotel room was good and we liked the bed. 「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water.
