「Rooms are too small and dirty for the price」

「Overall, we enjoyed this hotel. The proximity to the beach/pool were amazing! The included breakfast was a nice benefit and the workout room was great! The automatic $100 “incidentals” fee was a little off-putting, as was the beach chair fee (along with the chair policeman who requested a tip, after charging us.) For a nicer hotel, this felt wrong. Where were we supposed to sit at the beach, if not on a chair? I wish the hotel would consider removing these up-charges. You want your guests to...

「I loved the gulf view. It was beautiful. I also loved that you could charge all drinks and food to the room and we had access to both resorts. The staff was very friendly.」
