「Staff is terrible. No reception desk. The woman messaging me did not send me my room number or door code even after check in when I texted her for it. She sent me a message with missing info such as "your room number is (..)" and did not even put it in the message. I had to call multiple times. I did not use the pool. The linens were clean and smelled nice but you could tell they haven't been replaced in a while. The shower had good water pressure. But I'll say it again. 「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
