Charleston Marriott Town Center
10/10 Excellent
"A well maintained hotel with a clean spacious room. Great view from our floor-to-ceiling windows (you can't walk out onto the balcony but you have one). I liked the little shop next to check in where you can grab snacks, drinks or whatever toiletries you're lacking. No complaints."
"House keeping never brought any more coffee to the room for the 3 nights I stayed. The room was good except…..the toilets should be adult height not child height. I know it wasn’t labeled a handicap room but the higher toilets was all that was missing "
"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites in Charleston WV. When arriving there was an event going on which did not impact my stay at all. I was in a room with no TV but a remote, I called front desk and they changed room instantly the only thing I had to carry everything back down to 1st get new key and go back to new room. The front desk attendant should have met me at room. I ordered room service and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely go back!"

"We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it very much. After looking around Charleston, I think it was probably the best hotel in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was handy having a little bar/bistro downstairs. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again."
