「今回が2度目の利用です。このホテルの歴史からいろいろなことを想像させてくれるホテルです。スタッフの皆さんは気さくで親切です。このレベルのホテルですが、レストランは決して着飾る必要はなく気楽に食事が楽しめます。なんと言ってもガーデンの素晴らしさは最高で、動物たちも沢山生活していて、私たちを楽しませてくれます。美味しい食事と最高のお庭とスタッフでインバネスの宿泊におすすめのホテルです。」

「The hotel is very clean. The staff is wonderful and will do anything to help. They even stayed way past the normal end of check-in time because our plane was so late getting to Inverness. I would definitely recommend Smithton Hotel!」

「We really appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. It was stocked with fresh milk a glass bottles of ice water. There was a large selection of teas and instant coffee. We had a huge room with a king bed. Our early morning tour departures prevented us from partaking of the breakfast. We enjoyed the yummy biscuits that were with the tea things. The location made it very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. There are many excellent restaurants nearby.」

「This hotel is tired even though we got the impression it’s tried to be spruced up. Room was cold, hot water scarce and breakfast was bang average. I wouldn’t have minded if I’d paid half of what I did but no way this hotel is worth the money they charge. 」

「Check in was easy as was on site parking. Location was handy as you could walk easily into the town with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable and our host Elmira thought of everything and made our stay very enjoyable. 」

「DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

「Quiet and peaceful after London stay! Bathroom was fabulous - clean and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant / food was great! Staff also gave us great tips on places to eat in Skye. It’s worth staying on this side of Inverness.」
