We had an excellent stay at the Smithton hotel. Lovely people, had everything that we needed, excellent beds and showers, the location was perfect and the price was fantastic, especially as we had to book late notice. The breakfast in the morning was personally made to order. Fantastic place in a very convenient location.

Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. Our room was on the third floor (no lift), but Andy grabbed two bags and helped us up. He was amazing on the desk and in the restaurant. Our meals were delicious. The provided breakfast was hot and made to order. Pete runs a nice, older, family-run inn and we would definitely stay again.

I was a little worried when I pulled into the car park but the room was wonderful. Very spacious. A few stains on the sofa but nothing disgusting. Actually was the best night sleep I have had in 10 days! Very quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only downside was the number of stairs to get to my room. The staff offered to help get my luggage upstairs though. Not suitable for limited mobility.

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the services. We recieved good instructions and information on how to get in to the hotel after 22.00. The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed to understand how the busses and connections worked to and from the hotel. We really enjoyed being at this hotel just outside Inverness. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes and the food was good. We stayed two nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
